Here at M2 Massage, we offer a full money-back guarantee if you are not satisfied with our service or Massage Therapy treatment. Your peace of mind and satisfaction are priceless to us and we are committed to delivering valuable service to you.

If you experience displeasure because the service is not consistent with our company standards, you may be eligible for a full money-back refund in accordance with our 100% Money-Back Guaranteed policy.

​A valid “displeasure” generally falls into 3 categories:

  • The Therapist and/or Staff Assistant (Driver) is not polite or courteous.
  • The Premium Massage full setup is not generally clean or as described.
  • The Therapist fails to provide the Massage professionally.


To submit a valid claim for a refund, a Client is required:

  • To bring the (“displeasure”) to our attention within 24 hours from the completion of the appointment (including evidence) and respond to our requests for information or cooperation.
  • To have used reasonable efforts to try to remedy the circumstances of the (“displeasure”) with the Therapist and/or Staff Assistant before claiming a (“displeasure”)
  • Not have directly or indirectly caused the (”displeasure”)​
