Engagement of M2 Massage Pte. Ltd services constitutes acceptance of the following terms and conditions:
Time Extensions
Where the need or want arises for therapists to continue beyond the booked time, subject to availability, they will do so provided authorization has been granted. The minimum time extension is 30 minutes. Time extension is only applicable to our Premium Session, Regular Session Plan or Gold Club Membership.
Appointment delayed
In any event that the Customer delay and/or late for a scheduled appointment time, the Customer will agree to bear charges based on the scheduled appointment starts. The Customer must make full payment of this additional charges within 24 hours. Failure to do so, the Customer will be placed under our barred list until payment is completed and if necessary, case shall be reported to the relevant authority.
Cancellation / Change appointment
For change of appointment time and/or date or appointment cancelled that take place lesser than 6 hours before the appointment time, the Customer will be charged 20% (Premium Session) and 30% (Basic Session) of the price of the treatment(s) booked. The Customer must make full payment within 24 hours of penalty. Failure to do so, the Customer will be placed under our barred list until payment is completed and if necessary, case shall be reported to the relevant authority.
Sexual Contact
There shall be strictly no sexual contact during the course of the service. The Customer must not himself or herself partake in sexual acts or acts of indecency in the presence of M2 Massage Pte. Ltd staff. Nudity massage session is permissible only when same gender therapist is assigned.
Abuse of Staff
M2 Massage Pte. Ltd agrees that no form of abuse against our employees by The Customers will be condoned in the workplace. Such abuse may take the form of the application of force, threats, severe verbal abuse, or harassment of a personal or racial nature. M2 Massage Pte. Ltd will assess the situation and if necessary, case shall be reported to the relevant authority.
Personal Valuables
The Customer shall undertake to keep all personal valuables out of sight or locked away each time before the arrival of M2 Massage Pte. Ltd representative and will not hold M2 Massage, its officers or representatives responsible for any losses.
Grace Period
The Customer shall allow M2 Massage Pte. Ltd a 15-minute grace period both before and after the confirmed start time of the booking to arrive at the location. The Customer shall also allow five minutes for setting up of equipment and another five minutes for packing up.
Indemnity
The Customer shall agree to release M2 Massage Pte. Ltd and its staff against liability from any loss, harm, injury, illness, damage, claims, demands, actions, causes of action, costs and expenses of any nature that the Customer might have or that may hereafter accrue to him/her as a result of the services provided by M2 Massage.
Payment
The Customer shall agree to make a deposit amount applied for;
and to complete the payment after session ends. Any cash transaction involve must instantly be completed right after session ends. Failure to do so, the Customer will be placed under our barred list until payment is completed and if necessary, case shall be reported to the relevant authority.
